We can cater to your every need delivering a refined front of house experience, our Development Chef and his team have a wealth of experience in hotels and fine dining restaurants catering for numbers from 10 to 300.

Several years experience working for a number of reputable companies including Whitbread and Loch Fyne Restaurants. With a vast experience of working with and improving Food Hygiene Standards. James is extremely passionate about working with fresh food and delivering exceptional service.
A career within the hospitality trade over the past 15 years working in various hotels, restaurants and for contract caterers around the UK.
I started my career in kitchens and my passion for using quality ingredients, keeping up to date with food trends has never left me even whilst working up the management ladder in Front of House roles.
With 14 years experience working in kitchens, Dan began his chef career at Turners Michelin starred restaurant. He then moved to Hotel Du Vin, Birmingham and worked his way up to Sous Chef. After 8 years at Hotel Du Vin Dan became Head Chef at Anderson's Bar and Grill spending 3 years there and achieving multiple accolades including being voted best steakhouse in the midlands three years running.
